Terms of Service

Article 1: Service Overview

This Service is an online puzzle game that runs on a web browser. It provides the following features:

• Provision of daily puzzles updated on a daily basis (TowerFill, Sudoku, Skyscraper, etc.)
• Play in guest mode (no account registration required)
• Cloud saving and restoring of play data by registering an account (Cloud Resume)
• Recording of play achievements and display of statistical information (My Page)
• Progress management of building construction through "Personal Skyline"

Article 2: Accounts

1. Users can create an account by setting an arbitrary 'User ID' and 'Password'. Entering personal information (such as email address) is not required at the time of registration.
2. After creating an account, users can optionally register an additional 'email address' for recovery in case of password loss. If a recovery email address is set, the login ID for subsequent logins will change to that email address.
3. Users shall manage their account information under their own responsibility, and must not allow third parties to use it, or lease, transfer, buy, sell, etc.
4. The Team assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by unauthorized use of the account.
5. If a user under the age of 16 creates an account and uses the Service, they must obtain the prior consent of their guardian.

Article 3: Handling of Game Data

1. Guest Data: Play data accumulated without registering an account is stored in the browser's storage area (LocalStorage). These data will be lost due to browser data deletion or cache clearing. The Team has no obligation to restore it.
2. Cloud Data: Play data of registered users (clear history, temporary save data, etc.) is saved on the cloud server. However, the Team will not compensate for any loss or damage of data due to the following reasons:
   • Server failures, maintenance, or problems on the infrastructure provider side
   • Data deletion due to user operation errors
   • Data clean-up accompanying the termination of the Service or system migration
3. Temporary Save (Cloud Resume) Data: Temporary save data may automatically expire based on the update cycle of daily puzzles. Expired data will be automatically deleted and cannot be restored.

Article 4: Prohibited Actions

Users must not engage in the following actions when using this Service:

1. Fraudulent Actions: Solving puzzles using cheat tools, BOTs, scripts, or other automated methods, or transmitting fraudulent scores or clear data
2. Server Load Actions: Sending excessive requests to APIs (such as Edge Functions), interfering with the normal operation of the Service
3. Reverse Engineering: Analyzing, modifying, or copying the programs, source code, or data structures of the Service for unauthorized purposes
4. Impersonation: Falsely claiming to be another user or a member of the Team
5. Others: Actions violating laws and regulations, actions contrary to public order and morals, and any actions interfering with the operation of the Service

Article 5: Intellectual Property Rights

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights regarding all contents included in the Service (puzzle design, program code, images, text, audio, UI design, etc.) belong to the Team or legitimate right holders.
2. Users must not copy, modify, distribute, publicly transmit, or engage in other acts violating intellectual property rights of the Service contents without the prior written consent of the Team.
3. Sharing the play results of the Service (clear times, screenshots, etc.) on SNS or other media is permitted within the scope of personal use. However, use in a manner that damages the honor or credibility of the Team is prohibited.

Article 6: Service Modifications, Interruptions, and Termination

1. The Team may modify the contents of the Service or temporarily interrupt it without prior notice to the users.
2. The Team may terminate the Service under unavoidable circumstances. In the event of termination, we will notify users in advance with a reasonable period.
3. The Team assumes no responsibility for any damage caused to users by modifications, interruptions, or termination of the Service.

Article 7: Disclaimers

1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, and the Team makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its completeness, accuracy, usefulness, safety, etc.
2. The Team assumes no responsibility for any damage caused to users arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Team.
3. The Team assumes no responsibility for disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party.

Article 8: Advertisement Display

On this Service, advertisements by third-party distributors may be displayed to cover operating expenses. The responsibility for the contents of the advertisement belongs to the advertiser, and the Team assumes no responsibility for the contents of the advertisement. Article 9: Modifications to the Terms

The Team may modify these Terms as necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective at the time they are posted on this page. In the event of important modifications, we will notify users through the in-site notice feature.

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
